What makes Soul University different?
Soul University emphasizes presence, internal leadership, and relational integrity over performance-based growth.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and guided presence work. Therapy referrals are encouraged when appropriate.
How is Soul University different from therapy, counselling, and psychotherapy?
How Soul University Complements Other Forms of Support
Soul University is not therapy or psychotherapy. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health care.
Our work complements counselling and psychotherapy. While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, processing trauma, or addressing mental health concerns, Soul University focuses on conscious growth, inner alignment, and living with intention.
Many clients work with both a therapist and Soul University simultaneously. Therapy may support emotional healing and stabilization. Soul University supports integration, personal leadership, and moving forward from a grounded, self-aware place.
Where therapy helps you understand and heal your story, Soul University helps you consciously choose how you want to live it.
Do I need prior coaching experience?
No. Only willingness to reflect honestly.
What if I’m unsure?
You’re welcome to book a discovery conversation.
