Who This Is For
Soul University is for those who are ready.
Ready to slow down.
Ready to take responsibility.
Ready to feel deeply without collapsing.
Ready to move beyond blame and into choice.
It is not about becoming someone new.
It is not about becoming better than others.
It is about becoming more honest with yourself.
It is about returning to yourself and consciously living from that place.
Our Standards
- We protect the integrity of this space.
- We do not participate in blame, shaming, fixing, or performative growth.
- We cultivate respect, compassion, honesty, and personal responsibility.
- This is a sanctuary with structure.
- Compassion with accountability.
- Relief that leads to intentional expansion.
The Invitation
- If you are seeking intensity or immediate answers, this may not be your place.
- If you are ready for grounded, embodied inner work done slowly and honestly — you are welcome here.
- Soul University exists to help you return to yourself, strengthen inner leadership, and expand your life from steadiness rather than urgency.
- This is an ongoing invitation to practice presence, to cultivate inner steadiness, and to lead from a deeper place within yourself.
- You are welcome here just as you are.
Our Story
Soul University was created by Kristin Larsen, a soul coach and published author, devoted to helping individuals return to themselves with integrity, consistency, and intention.
The vision for Soul University did not begin as a desire to build a brand. It grew from witnessing how many people feel externally driven, disconnected from their own clarity, and pressured to perform growth rather than live it.
Kristin recognized that what was often missing was not more information, but a structured space where people could slow down, regulate, reflect, and integrate.
Soul University was created to be that space.
His work centers on embodied inner leadership. Strengthening the capacity to remain present, take responsibility, expand perspective, and act with aligned intention.
He believes transformation does not come from force or intensity. It comes from steadiness. From returning to yourself again and again. From choosing how you live with honesty and integrity.
Kristin holds Soul University as a sanctuary with structure where compassion and accountability coexist, and where growth unfolds through lived integration rather than performance.
The focus is not to create followers. It will continually be to help people lead themselves.
